Author of The Culinary History of Iowa, Darcy Maulsby stops by to talk about the history of food in Iowa.

This fun, interactive program includes fascinating tidbits and cooking tips related to more than 150 years of Iowa cuisine and ethnic food traditions from all corners of the state, including the stories behind Maid-Rites, kolaches, and homemade cinnamon rolls (served with chili, of course).
